Shipping policy

Shipping is calculated at checkout. 

UK postage and packing rates: 1st Class - £3.80 / 2nd Class £1.80

Free UK Postage and packing on all orders over £30

For now I am only posting within the UK (excludes Northern Ireland due to increased costs)

I aim to dispatch orders within two working days (custom orders will take longer).

Shipping is via Royal Mail 2nd class which should take 2-3 working days, but there is an upgrade option available.

Although unusual, delays with Royal Mail do happen. If your order has not arrived within 20 working days of dispatch then please contact us. Shipping guidlines mean we cannot claim for a lost package before this time.

Orders under £20 are sent with Proof of Posting, orders over £20 are sent with Tracking. 

I try and be as eco-friendly as possible and keep all packaging plastic free, using tissue paper, compostable film wrapping where necessary, reusable cardboard boxes and paper tape.
